Serre-Chevalier stretches out over a large part of the Guisane valley which gets its name from the river which starts at the Lautaret pass and finishes by joining the Durance river in Briançon.

Thanks to its unique situation on the border of the Ecrins National Park and the Cerces massif, Serre Chevalier offers a wide range of walks for all levels and all legs. Mountaineers will appreciate the closeness of the prestigious massifs : La Meije ; les Ecrins and le Pelvoux.
