The chalet has a unique and exceptional location in the Serre Chevalier valley. The chalet is surrounded by two hectares (7 acres) of woodland along the Guisane river yet it is in the heart of the resort at l’Aravet and in the village of Villeneuve-la-Salle (Serre-Chevalier 1400).
You will really appreciate the magnificent views, without any neighbouring buildings, of the Prorel (2566m) and of the Roche Brune (3105m).
The chalet is situated at the foot of the pistes and the skilifts are only a 3 minute walk away (also open during summer). During the winter you can ski to the door of the chalet.
The old village, with its restaurants, bars and shops selling local produce, is ideal for the «apres-ski» or even for just an evening stroll.
A little further, less than 10 minutes walk, you’ll find the Prelong shopping centre and tourist information office.
